Special Insurance and Retirement Programs for Protecting our Law Enforcement Personnel and Their Families.

About Us

Mission Statement

We will encourage, enable, and vocally stand up for our men and women in blue because we believe that law enforcement officers and their families are critical to the freedoms we cherish and the safety we enjoy.

Vision Statement

Year after year, we will lift the spirits of all law enforcement officers through local acts of kindness, rallies of support, charitable contributions, and personal statements of support.  Through our efforts, we will help them "feel the love" of their community in tangible ways, while amplifying all the positive stories around law enforcement.

Steering Committee

The Steering Committee is made up of a group of individuals with a broad range of community involvement.  This combination brings many resources and strengths to our organization.   We have many committees that could use your expertise!  Join US!    Contact us for more information.

Michael Oswald

Michael is an attorney in Boise, Idaho, who has helped to develop Back the Blue Idaho and is working on our nonprofit.

"I provide a wide range of business-savvy legal services to small and medium companies and nonprofits.

My favorite thing to do for a business is to take their standard sales contract and strip it down from an unintelligible 20-page monstrosity to a concise, 3-page doc that is easy for their customers to understand and to sign!

I have experience in a number of industries, including Real Estate, Construction, Defense, and Technology (Hardware, Software and E-Commerce)."

Adnan Rudan

Adnan Rudan has been in law enforcement for 14 years and currently serves as a police officer for the City of Meridian. Adnan was born in Trebinje, Bosnia and Herzegovina and eventually immigrated to Boise, Idaho as a refugee. Growing up, Adnan always admired his father’s strength to serve others, as a police officer in Bosnia himself. He continued his father’s legacy to love the profession and being able to help other others in their moment of need.

“Good or bad, I believe that your experiences in life can make you stronger and shape you into a better person with a little optimism and a lot of grit. What happens to you, doesn't define you, but it can be used to make change - to make the world, or your community, a better place for all. And together, we can do so much more.”
